Fantastic service from Flowerhill Furniture. Ordered two mattresses on Saturday evening and were delivered Tuesday morning. Also excellent value with no delivery charge to Dublin and free removal of old mattresses. Would definitely use again and certainly recommend.

Purchased a lovely corner sofa several months ago....Unfortunately the sofa quickly started to present some problems...On contacting " Flowerhill " their response was great , making every effort to resolve the situation in a timely fashion....I always consider a companies customer service and after care to be the real test ....Flowerhill passed with flying colours....I would have no hesitation in making another purchase and would highly recommend them to others...

I invested €700 in six chairs from this store with the expectation of getting products that were worth the price. Sadly, the experience has been very disappointing. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered:Screw Issues: The screws on most of the chairs keep falling out, which indicates a problem either with the design or the quality of the fittings used.Frame Durability: The metal frames of the chairs are of soft metal quality, which began to split after just a few months of use. This raises concerns about the quality of materials chosen for these chairs.Floor Protection Tips: The chairs came with tips presumably designed to prevent floor scratches. However, these tips broke away within the first month, exposing our floors to potential scratches and damage.Overall Impression: The chairs seem to be of a lower-quality, possibly cheap Chinese production, which doesn't align with the price point they were sold at.Given these multiple issues and the rapid degradation of the products, I feel that the chairs were significantly overpriced for the quality received. I sincerely hoped for better, especially considering the investment made. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store based on my experience, and I won't be considering them for future purchases.

There was a slight issue regarding the extra piece but honestly the level of service to resolve this issue was the best customer service I have ever received. Would 100% recommend this store.
