Terms and Conditions of Sale:

We will take all reasonable professional care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system, however we do not warrant that the colours, information or other content available on the website are accurate. Images of products are illustrative only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of the products that appear that appear on the website, however as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. The website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

We may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time.

Pricing

The price on the website at the time of ordering will apply to your order unless there is an error or inaccuracy tor typographical error in a price, in which case we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing information. You would be notified if this related to an order already placed.

Returns

We will accept returned or unwanted goods at our discretion and at the customers own expense.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot, under any circumstances, be returned.

We are unable to refund or exchange damaged or imperfect goods where imperfections were identified to you prior to purchase.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated goods are covered under warranty for one year.

We will repair or replace products which fail to comply with the provisions of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1980 or which show a defect. If you claim that the item is defective the following conditions apply: 1) The defect must be reported to us within three days of becoming apparent. 2)The defect results only from faulty design or manufacture. 3)If, upon inspection, we agree that we are liable we will repair or replace the product free of charge. If we repair or replace the goods you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law in respect of the defect.

Data use

We will ask your permission to allow disclosure of your name, address and telephone number to a third party to arrange inspection/repairs. See also our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

We deliver free of charge to within 70km of Navan, Co Meath. We do not deliver outside of this area even at a charge. Collection is available by appointment from our warehouse in Navan. For goods in stock we endeavour to deliver within two weeks of an order being placed. When placing an online order you will be advised of a delivery date within 24 hours after placing the order.

We will not attempt delivery if there are health and safety issues or where damage to your home may result. We will not remove doors or windows. Road access to the delivery address must be suitable and adequate for the delivery vehicle so that unloading can be carried out conveniently without obstruction or damage. All doorways, hallways, elevators, and points of access in your property must be measured by the customer to ensure that they are adequate for the size of the goods being delivered. Your order will be delivered to the address provided, if you request the goods be brought into the premises we will not accept responsibility for any damage therein.
