How long will delivery take?

Items that are in stock are estimated to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks within our free delivery area. Outside of this area, we estimate delivery to take 3-4 week

Do you offer an assembly service?

We assemble all dining sets and set up all sofas we deliver free of charge.

We can assemble bed frames for a charge. Bed assembly must be made arranged in advance of delivery.

Some smaller items may need light assembly which we can also do for a charge, but most come assembled.

Do you hold items if I am not ready for delivery?

We can hold your order for 6 weeks from the date of purchase if you are not ready to take it.

How do I return a product I purchased online?

Call us on 046 9073593 (tap here to call) or email us at sales@flowerhillfurniture.ie (tap here for instant email) within 14 days of making your online purchase to arrange a collection or exchange. Please be aware that you will be charged for any costs incurred for collecting your item and the item must be in the same condition you received it.

If you ordered through click and collect, you can return the item within 14 days of placing the order if it is in the same condition you received it.

Our return policy does not include mattresses once they have been removed from their original packaging.
